Freeform Crochet Peg Loom Weaving

I made this weaving on a peg loom (explanation of how to use it) that a friend made for me. I crocheted the material for the weft from bits of yarn from another freeform project that were too small for that project. I sorted the yarns by color and then just started chaining and adding bobbles and whatever else came to mind. When I was close to running out of one yarn I joined in the next, and crocheted in the ends of both, so you see spots of two yarns worked together. The colors in the lower left picture most accurately reflect the colors in the piece. Finished August 2010.
